The problem is rarely the people.
In most product businesses, a surprising share of skilled people's time goes on copying, checking and reformatting data. It is slow, it is error-prone and it is rarely anyone's favourite part of the job.
The usual answers don't fit well. Large software projects take too long and change too much. Off-the-shelf tools are built for someone else's business. And advice on its own doesn't change how the work gets done on Monday morning.
We do something different: find the specific places where data work is costing you, then build and run the systems that fix them.
